10 ways to get over a bad break up
Life takes a 360 degree turn after a bad break-up and sometimes its for the better or at times you get carried away which makes your life even more ugly. So all you ladies read these tips to make your life colourful even after a bad break-up.
1) Delete him- off from your all your social networking sites
In this digital world everyone is inclined to post something or the other on social media whether it is a bad break-up or something that we have achieved. It is always better to cut him off from your life which means from your social networking sites too, unless you want to see that pop-up on your wall on how he is dealing with the break-up.
2) Go-out if you want to get drunk
In a situation like this it is a bad idea to be sitting at home all by yourself and drinking.The loneliness will haunt you and further get you tempted to call or text him. So go out with your friends and chill over a glass of wine.
3) Join some outdoor activity
Hiking, cycling, dancing, kickboxing would be some of the activities you should be looking at to get rid of all the frustration. This will not only keep your mind occupied but keep you fit too.
4) Cry when you feel like
Crying is the best medicine for anything that breaks your heart. If you are hurt terribly make sure you don't hold it back and cry if you feel like it. If you hold it back you might embarrass yourself later in a public place.
5) Plan a girls trip to a place that you always wanted to visit
When girls meet there is just so much to do and little time to sit and cry over a break-up. From the day you plan to go on a vacation till the day you get back its a busy schedule. The trip will surely rejuvenate you inside out.
6) Be extra careful of rebound relationships
Rebound is very common in every break-up but its the easiest step that one can take. Usually after a break-up you need that one person whom you can pour all your problems with who then replaces the gap between you and your EX. Be extra careful of rebound relationships as the other person might get serious which might put you in a fix. So know your your limits and take it slow.
Be open to meeting new people be it in a supermarket or at a bar. You never know when you will meet the right guy. Remember to take it slow!!
8) Add bright colours to your wardrobe
You are already depressed and blacks and grey will do no better, so go out and pick some bright colours and revamp your wardrobe. Your life will be more colourful.
9) Avoid being with people who remind you of your EX
Since, you have deleted him from all your social networking sites, it is wise to stay away from anyone who reminds you of him, atleast till you recover from the heart break.
10) Lastly, Accept the truth and move on
Eventually you have to face the reality so accept what has happened and try to move on. It might take you years and months but you will eventually move on and feel stupid about this later.
