Jen has also praised Yoga on its therapeutic nature, as well as its healing for both the body and mind. Not only did it help the actress quit smoking, but it also helps ease her mind on a regular basis — which given her past circumstances may be quite the relief.

The legendary cricketer apparently had tailor-made yoga exercises from the yoga guru himself. Sachin often met BKS Iyengar to consult him about his injuries and ways of improving his fitness levels with yoga. Since 1998, Sachin started doing yoga and it helped him recover from several injuries.
The graceful queen of Belgium, Elisabeth, was taught yoga by BKS Iyengar himself. The astounding thing is she was 85 when she started with the practice and the first thing she wanted to learn was a headstand from the yoga guru. Impressed with his training, the Queen gifted BKS Iyengar a bust of him which she sculpted herself.
Bikram Yoga – Lady Gaga, Sonam Kapoor
You will need more than balanced diet to get into that body suit which Lady Gaga wears so often to stage. She loves her Bikram practice almost as much as she loves her friend and instructor Tricia Donegan, saying that both Donegan and yoga heal her and that both have helped her through hip surgery recovery and eating disorders a couple years back.
Also, our very own fashionista Sonam Kapoor's enviable figure is the result of Bikram Yoga. "Starting bikram yoga today or as everyone calls it hot yoga. It's my dad's secret for looking fab," said had Sonam in a tweet. Bikram Yoga is a distinct style developed by yoga guru Bikram Choudhury who holds a US copyright on his yoga that comprises 26 'asanas' or postures and two breathing exercises.
