1)What is the first thing you have when you wake up in the morning?
A glass of hot water with lime and honey
2)What’s your super food?
All sorts of nuts
3) What sort of supplements do you take for skin and hair?
Omega 3.Though I try to eat as much as possible of Omega 3.
4) Your favourite late night muchies after a night-out?
5) What time do you finish your last meal?
By 7:30 I finish my dinner and I sleep by 10pm.
