How to get Jacqueline Fernandez’s fit body:Pole dance instructor Roksolana Chubenko shares the secret
Dancing,Pilates,Yoga,Gym,cleanse sessions and now pole dancing is what Jacqueline Fernandez has added to her fitness schedule. To understand what it takes to get those abs and legs like Jacqueline, we spoke to her mentor Roksolana Chubenko who is been training Jacqueline for her soon to release film ‘A Gentleman’. 1)Tell us how does Pole Dancing help your body in terms of fitness?
For me pole dancing is a complete body workout. It has cardio, power-gym, body weight lifting, stretching, dance choreography. It increases your body strength, flexibility, improves body movement and grace. Pole dancing reconnects you with your own body and gives you more self-confidence.
2) These days we see people opting various forms of workout like MMA/Crossfit/Pilates/Yoga and we see that Pole Dancing is adding to the list now. What do you have to say?
Pole dance is a perfect form of workout for women so it completes the list.
3) Since when have u been doing this?
I'm doing pole dance since 2012
4) What tips would you like to give to beginners?
Don't think that you have to be in perfect physical shape to start doing pole dance. Believe me you are much more capable than you think.
5) We see a lot of bollywood celebrities who have joined your class on instagram.What do you think of Jacqueline Fernandez and Esha Gupta's performance?
Jacqueline is training with me for a while, she is doing incredible progress, and it’s easy to work with her, as she picks up very fast. Esha Gupta has not been training for too long, but she’s doing very well and shows a real fighter spirit, and has a great potential in pole dance.
