Covid19- Moringa drink to help boost your immune system
As Covid-19 is spreading rapidly across the globe, people are now moving to more natural remedies to build their immunity.Here's one drink you can make during this lockdown period and have it in emty stomach for a good immunity.
1. 1 Glass of boiled water
2. ½ Ginger clove
3. ½ Lemon
4. 1 Tbs moringa powder
5. 1 Tsp honey
1. Chop the ginger into fine pieces . Add it into boiling water.
2. Once the ginger is infused into water , let it cool down . Strain the ginger juice and keep it aside.
3. Squeeze half lime into the strained ginger juice and mix it well.
4. Once ginger lime has been mixed well , add a teaspoon of honey in it.
5. Add a tablespoon of Moringa powder into the mix. Stir it well and drink it on empty stomach for a better immunity.
